  2. Get Prospect to complete each step of the document before leaving prospect (i.e. signed up, order products, and, launch dates on calendar)
  3. Provide Interested Person (Prospect) with Monthly Schedule of Events
Reason:
*Protect the new consultant from being overwhelmed with too much information too soon.
*Protect YOU from investing too much in training with someone who hasn’t yet proved to you that they are a real business builder.
Goal:
*Get them into activity that will help them hit $2500 district qualification or more (6K-10K) in their start month.

  1. Hostess coach to help them keep their parties and review Hostess Rewards.
  2. Help identify 5 KEY people and plug them into a Discover Arbonne/3-way within 2 weeks.
  3. Start booking up your 2nd month with a minimum of 6-10 group presentations.
  4. Practice presentation and continue learning product knowledge.
  5. Plug-in to Sunday night training calls and local monthly meetings.
Reason:
*Help to create momentum.
*Teach them how to “Do their Part” with at least $2500 per month.
Goal:
*Start duplicating themselves.
*Help them start making a paycheck from Arbonne by making District.
*Understand the importance of staying connected.

  2. Ensure your New District Manager participates in the NEW District Manager Conference Call Orientation Call with their NVP.
