The meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM by President, Glenn Dewey at Moon Lake Clubhouse.

Motion by: Jerry Lewis/ Marv Glaser:

Accept the February 14,2005 Minutes with one correction; Under Heading "Old Business" #6. Change Randy Ryckman to read Dennis Ryckman. All ayes.

CORRESPONDENCE

Letter received from Attorney Lorence saying that he is retiring and we need to set up an appointment with his office to meet his two associate attorneys.

Letter received from Unemployment Insurance Agency dated March 3, 2005 informing us that there is an increase in tax rate due to benefit charges paid out. Jean Czopek has filed two appeals dated Jan. 26 and Feb. 23, 2005. The increase is from .60% to 5.70%. We can call Duane Kundinger, CPA for more advice.

FINANCE COMMITTEE

Motion by Marv Glasser/Sally Melchert: To accept Treasurer's report. All Ayes.

Jean suggested to turn off kitchen refrigerator in Clubhouse until needed to help save on our utility bill.

Glenn purchased a Dell computer for $699.00 We still need a printer. Said rebate of $150.00 plus $40.00 for our tax exemption status is still forthcoming. The computer will be brought to the Clubhouse when the office area is completed.

Jean informed us that she has purchased 3 years of membership cards for $90.00.

The Verizon account at the Clubhouse is all set up and the phone number is 989-786-9070. Jean will inquire regarding the lowest phone rates.

Jerry is going to contact Bud Jones Insurance Agency to make sure that the property insurance on the old clubhouse has been removed from our policy. Jerry agreed to getting a couple of other insurance bids for comparison.

Are two signatures required on checks written by Jean? Will look into this matter at our Bylaw Review Meeting on Mon., March 21st. Jean has 6 new names to turn over to Collections in June.

BUILDING COMMITTEE

Wood for the office is being delivered tomorrow morning at 10:00 AM

PARKS/LAKES COMMITTEE

All agreed that it's not necessary for Marv to measure the lake level until there is a notable rise at the shoreline. The signs at the boat launch & park need to be repainted.

OLD BUSINESS

1. Telephone line to Clubhouse has been done and computer purchased.

2. What are we going to do at the old clubhouse site????? (still a question)

3. Solar cover price from "In the Swim" is $1560.00 plus Shipping & Handling. This price quote includes a 60' x 24' cover, roller & reel. Price for a new chemical pump is $300.00. Will ask for approval next month.

4. Letter received from Dennis Ryckman dated 2/16/2002 stating that they are in the middle of a wrongful death suit and can't leave Georgia until settled, but they do intend to build on Lot #24 in Secluded Moon Lake on the entrance corner. Letter is on file.

5. All agreed that the newsletter will include the following items: Open letter & questionnaire, rental agreement, office hours at clubhouse. Bring anymore ideas to our meeting on March 21, 2005. Still need candidates name for secretary as Sally is retiring.

NEW BUSINESS

1. Agreed that we need a maintenance check list for Clubhouse and pool area for caretakers use.

2. Discussed the need for a MoonLake credit card or set up a petty cash account. Jean Czopek/Jerry Lewis: Motion to set up a petty cash account on a revolving basis with receipts turned in and the amount not to exceed $100.00 for caretaker use. All Ayes.
