Terms and conditions for all exhibitors:

1. The show will be held under Poultry Club of Great Britain rules and exhibitors making entries agree to be bound by such rules. 2. Birds brought into the UK from any other EU Member State (excluding the Republic of Ireland) within the previous four weeks must not be entered in the show. 3. When birds have been penned and eggs displayed they may only be removed with the permission of the show secretary. At boxing time the hall doors will be closed and no birds or eggs will be allowed to leave the hall until all have been accounted for. 4. Whilst every care is taken the club cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to birds, eggs or equipment during the show. 5. No exhibitor to approach the judges prior to or during judging 6. The watering and feeding of birds is the responsibility of the exhibitor. 7. No birds to be attended to whilst judging is in progress. 8. Classes may be amalgamated or split at the Show Secretary’s discretion. 9. No bird to be entered in more than one class. 10. Pair entries are judged as such and are not eligible for any other award. 11. Should any judge be unable to officiate, the committee reserves the right to engage an alternative. 12. No late, unpaid or telephone entries will be accepted. 13. All exhibitors must cleanse and disinfect crates, baskets or boxes before and after the show. 14. Strictly no birds in the show that have not been entered in the show. 15. All details of birds must be specified on the entry form. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. 16. When filling out the entry form, only one entry per line. Additional entry forms are on the Norfolk Poultry Club website. 17. Junior handler exhibitors must be aged 10 and under on the day of the show. 18. Juvenile exhibitors must be aged between 5 and 15 inclusive on the day of the show.

The closing date for entries is FEBRUARY 26th and in accordance with the above rules, no late or incomplete entries will be accepted.
