Eligibility:Swimmers must be currently registered with USA Swimming and an OSI/USA swim

team. NO ON DECK REGISTRATION WILL BE PERMITTED.

Swimmers must be within the listed age brackets as of February 6th, 2010. ALL

SWIMMERS ENTERED IN THE MEET MUST BE PRESENTED ON DECK BY A

CERTIFIED USA/OSI SWIMMING COACH. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

Entry Deadline:Entries must be received by 9pm on Friday February1st, 2010.

Entry Limit:Swimmers may enter a maximum of 5 individual & 1 relay event per day. The meet is limited to the first 250 swimmers per session. Late entries will NOT be accepted. This is a mixed sex events meet.

Entry Fees:$3.00 Oregon Swimming surcharge per swimmer

$2.00 individual event fee

$8.00 relay entry fee

Entry fees must accompany master entry form – only ONE check from each team.

Entries:Submit YARD TIMES only for seeding. Hy-tek Meet Manager Software will be used; if your club has Hy-tek PLEASE submit entries on disk and provide a Hy-tek

Printout. (IN ADDITION to mailing your disk, YOU CAN EMAIL it to

for faster processing. Be sure that meet fees are paid on or

prior to February 1st, 2010. If you do not have Hy-tek, entries must be

submitted using the enclosed entry forms ONLY.

Relays:Enter relay times on the form provided. Names for relays will be submitted on relay entry forms provided at the meet, or can be submitted on Hy-tek disk.

Facility:Indoor 25 yard pool with 8 lanes. Starting blocks at the deep end of the pool only.

Depth at starting end is 6’ and shallow end is 3’6”. Limited parking available with seating for 200 spectators. Swim venue includes men’s and women’s locker rooms with access on the pool deck.

Restrictions:TOBACCO PRODUCTS OF ANY KIND, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND GLASS

CONTAINERS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE SWIMMING VENUE.

Warm-ups: 8:00 to 9:00am

Rules:Current USA Swimming and Oregon Swimming Inc rules will govern this meet.

Safety:Current Oregon Swimming Safety Guidelines and Warm-up Procedures will be in effect and strictly enforced.

Bull Pen:A bullpen will be provided for all 8&U events on both days. All otherswimmers shall

report directly to their assigned lanes.

Awards:Individual (by age: 6&U, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13&O): 1st – 6th Ribbons

Relays: None

Meetings:Coaches meeting will be held at 9:00am on Saturday & Sunday morning.

Officials meeting will be held at 8:00amon Saturday & Sunday morning.

Officials:We always appreciate the help of certified officials from other clubs. An official’s hospitality room will be provided.

Timers:Each team will be given timing assignments. Please designate a parent representative to report to the Head Timer 30 minutes prior to the start of the meet.

When assigning a swimmer to a relay, specify their team (A, B, etc) and swimming order (1st, 2nd, etc). For example, A1, A2, B1, C2 etc. If you are submitting electronic entries, be sure to enclose a printout entry sheet, plus a copy of the meet entry fees listed. Also enclose a copy of the electronic relay entry summary. At the meet you will be required to provide relay forms with names and meet ID numbers on them. Provide all information requested, number sheets, print legibly and give a Grand Total on the last page. Results of the meet will be given/sent to the person listed above.
