It is imperative that this application form be properly typed, completed, signed by the applicant and School Counselor and submitted in one envelope to the Lake Country Board of Realtors® Board office at 1041 Village Park Drive, Suite 103, or sent as a PDF document via email to y 4:30 p.m. on MARCH 26, 2014. Any application received after this date or time will not be accepted.

***Any and all documents including recommendations, references, transcripts, and individual applications submitted electronically to the LCBOR Scholarship Committee must include the following as the subject line of any and all emails:

All awarded scholarship monies will be sent directly to the College or TechnicalSchool being attended by the student. If you are awarded a scholarship, please notify the Lake Country Board of Realtors® as soon as you have been accepted to the institution and registration is complete. You will need to supply the Lake Country Board of Realtors® the correct mailing address of the college and the person or department to which the check needs to be directed.
