1.  SCOPE

1.1  This document will cover the maintenance procedures for the programmable mounting fixture. It will not cover the operations of the machine.

3.  TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT

3.1  Equipment

3.1.1  P14473 programmable mounting fixture

3.2  Tools

3.2.1  Rust-Oleum red enamel spray paint

3.2.2  Silicone caulking

4.  SAMPLE PREPERATION

4.1  General Maintenance:

4.1.1  The programmable mounting fixture must be turned off and unplugged.

4.1.2  Inspect all painted parts. If any paint is chipped or worn off repaint.

4.1.3  Inspect all areas have silicone caulking. If any of the caulking is worn off, replace.

4.1.4  Check for any kinks or rips in the compressed air tubing. Replace any damaged sections.

4.1.5  Check for major kinks or tears in the electrical cords. Replace any damaged cords.

4.1.6  Check all fastener for looseness and rust. Replace any rusted fasteners and tighten any loosened fasteners.

4.2  In case of electrical system failure:

4.2.1  Check the emergency stop. Twist the knob if it is pressed in

4.2.2  Check soldering connections inside the electrical box and remote.

4.2.3  Check for water leakage inside the electrical box.

4.2.4  Check the green LED on the power supply inside the electrical box. The LED will be lit if the supply is receiving power.

4.2.5  Check connections to the microcontroller. There should be no loose wires.
