EVENTS:
50 Free, 50 Breast, 50 Fly, 50 back , 200 breast.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Swimmers must be registered before 23 May 2017 .
2. Closing date for entries 10h00, Friday, 25th May 2017.
3. Scratching & No shows are subject to a R50.00 penalty.
4. Late entries will be accepted on condition of the availability of lanes and at R50.00 per swimmer
5. Late entries close 30 minutes before the gala starts (subject to lane space availability)
6. Swimmers’ entry fee – R20.00 per swimmer .
NOTES
• Entries can be E-mailed to , faxed to the KZNA Office (031- 312 6405)
or handed in at the office.
•Entry fees must be paid either into the KZNA a/c and the payment reference marked - Club name – Level O Gala entries or paid into the office and receipted in the same manner.
• No Entries will be processed without proof of payment.
• Swimmer entry concessions applicable.
• Gala Secretaries to please confirm that faxed entries have been received.
• EAC reserves the right to cancel/postpone the meet should there be insufficient entries.
• Gate fees – R10.00 (non-swimmers)
• Programme – R10.00
GENERAL RULES
• The swimmers age is determined by their age on the day of the meet.
• The meet will be run in accordance with KZNA, SSA & FINA Age Group Rules.
• The one start rule will be in effect.
• Objections must be submitted in writing with the R100.00 fee and the Tournament Committee decision will be final.
• All clubs participating are required to supply timekeepers as per the KZN Official Society rules
• No entries will be actioned unless the required officials’ names are submitted with the entries.
• Should the officials’ names be given after the closing date for entries, it will be treated as a late entry and charged out as such.
• 1 – 3 Swimmers entered – 1 OFFICIALS
• 4 – 10 Swimmers entered – min 2 Officials (Timekeepers or Judges)
• 11 – 20 Swimmers entered – min 3 Officials (Timekeepers or Judges)
• 21 - 30 Swimmers entered – min 4 Officials (Timekeepers or Judges)
• 31 - 40 Swimmers entered – min 4 Officials (Timekeepers or Judges)
• 41 + Swimmers entered – min 5 Officials (Timekeepers or Judges)
