TheQuotationShouldbeaddressedtotheExecutiveDirectorCIAB,MohaliinvariablygivingontheenvelopReferenceNo.WithdateandDuedatewithtime.

Youshouldalsosubmitthecatalogueofproductalongwithquotation.

TheQuantitymentionedinthisinquiryandshallbedeemedtobeonlyapproximateandwillnotinanymannerbebindingontheInstitute.

Thequotationshouldbeenclosedinasealedenvelope.Firmswillquoteseparatelyforeacharticle.

GST:Tobequotedextra.

IncaseofEx-godowntermstheamountofpackagingforwardingfreightetc.shouldclearlybeindicatedbypercentageorlumpsumamount. CurrentrateofGSTmustbementioned.

TheInstituteishavingexemptionforthepaymentofExciseDutyundernotificationnumber10/97dated01.03.1997andCustomsDutyundernotificationNo.51/96dated23.07.1996.HenceExciseDutyandCustomsDuty,ifany,shouldbeshownseparately.Nootherchargesthanthosementionedclearlyinthequotationwillbepaid.
