“A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way.” Great leaders venture into the unknown because they are guided by their inner wisdom. When they express their infinite self, they transform the lives of their people forever.
The 21st century has been called the “Century of leaders” by many eminent entrepreneurs, businessmen and prominent people. In no other period of time has the requirement for true leaders been so great. A century ago, only a few leaders were required and most others were required to be just good managers.
Increasingly some of the top management schools are transforming themselves and moving towards teaching leadership skills. The challenges faced by today’s leaders are enormous and most of them are pushed to the limits of decision-making and crisis management. Insufficient information, decision making under uncertainties, facing consequences and the increased impact of their decisions are making it harder to make correct decisions.

Speaker’s Profile- Ravi Ramamurthy
R.Ravi is the Chief Advisor and Mentor of Aashwasan Life Enhancement Services Pvt. Ltd. He is also the Chairman of a software product company called Epiance. Ltd (Headquartered in UK). His education history included B.Tech (IIT, Chennai), M Tech (IIT Delhi), ICWAI (Inter) degree, PMPI diploma & CQA diploma. He was the youngest visiting faculty in IMT, Ghaziabad (one of the top 20 management institutes). Currently, he is visiting faculty at MATSSchool of Business & IT (Top 10 Management College at the South of India) and Bharatidasan Institute of Management Bangalore (Top 10 Management College in India).
Passionate about transforming people by bringing their best out, he developed some unique courses, which have been widely appreciated in India and abroad. Some of the courses, which he relishes to deliver are, “Adversity”, “Art of War”, and “Transformative Leadership”. To make learning a pleasure, he wrote 11 volumes of Interactive Physics that has been widely subscribed to and followed. He is advisor with Science Olympiad Foundation. His need to see a society free of judgment and to facilitate an education system that is all-inclusive, he founded coopetition movement.
He has trained over 10,000 people and has conducted hundreds of programs spanning 15 years. He has been a mentor, philosopher and trainer to many. His need to realize himself led him to seek deeper knowledge. But it came to him when he least expected it. His path crossed that of Rashmi’s, ending his search and all his questions. His life’s meaning became defined. His sense of selflessness, need to help people and inquiry acquired meaning. Apart from being the chief mentor to the creative enhancement division, he is also a healer and a transformatory counselor at Aashwasan. He is one of the trustees with Aashwasan Foundation and also the founder of Creative Debates.
