In the matter of:
Approval of Supplementary Draft Power Purchase Agreements (SPPAs), under MoU as per GoUP Energy Policy 2009, of the coal based thermal power projects who shall be supplying electricity to State Discoms.

In the matter of approval of SPPAs, the issues of effect of second and third time extension of term under MoU, new commercial operation dates, capital cost, fuel availability etc. shall be discussed.
The Petitioners, UPPCL is directed to place the softcopies of their petitions and supporting documents on their websites i.e. www.uppcl.org within three days from the date of publication of this notice with an intimation to the Commission.
Notice is hereby given to the stakeholders and interested parties to submit comments in the above matters in writing directly to the Commission at Kisan Mandi Bhawan, 2nd Floor, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, personally or by post so as to reach before 10.05.17 with a copy to the Petitioners who shall file reply upto 15.05.2017.
The Public Hearing in the matter shall be held on 15.05.2017 at 11:30 hrs. in the office of the Commission.
