E 2 Demonstrate an ability to carry out multi skilled trade work in a work related role, skills to include some or all of: - joinery, plumbing, tiling and skills related to Kitchen replacement works and general property repairs.
E 3 Current driving licence.
E 4 Previous experience of Manual Handling.
E 5 Practical experience of health and safety legislation.
E 6 Good communication and customer service skills.
E 7 Ability to work on own and as part of team.
E 8 Ability to organise own workload and work under pressure to strict deadlines.
E 9 The ability to travel effectively throughout Fife & East Central Scotland to provide the service.
