INSTRUCTIONS for Referring Agency: Please provide the completed form to the client and advise them to be at the above address on the date/time you specified. If they miss their scheduled Orientation date they are to show up the following week.Clients who arrive late and/or without the minimum fee for the manual will be advised to report the following week.Please email the Primary Group Facilitator (noted below) with the client name and date to attend the Orientation. You will be advised of program attendance and assigned class day/time. Advise client of program costs. Cash/money order, please. Checks are not accepted. Receipts provided upon payment.

BIPP (BIPP) ORIENTATION. Date to Attend: WEDNESDAY______Time 8:00pm.

Description:Orientation involves the client signing program contract, review of basic concepts and program structure, client being assigned a weekly class, and purchasing of workbook. Length: Approximately 1 ½ hour.

Fee:$40 is required for attendance at Orientation ($20 for orientation and $20 for manual).

Program Description:Client will acquire knowledge of irresponsible patterns of thinking and the cycle of abuse. Client will be given an opportunity to take accountability for their battering behavior as the result of using irresponsible patterns in thinking and interacting which have caused harm to family members and others. Harmful thinking patterns and behaviors are challenged and responsible alternative ways of thinking and interacting are developed. Program goal is to hold the client accountable for their behavior and stop future violent acts.Program Length: 24 weeks (minimum); 1 ½ hour group sessions. Program Cost:$25 per weekly group.
