Kids Korner Financial Agreement
We ______the parents of
______hereby acknowledge that we have received, read and agree to all Kids Korner polices. We also acknowledge that if all Kids Korner polices are not followed our child (ren) will be dismissed from Kids Korner.
Payment Information
1. A one time $40.00non-refundable registration fee will be assessed per child. This fee holds your child’s spot in the program. If yourchild withdraws from the program at any time a $40.00 re-registration fee per child will be required to re-enroll. This includes non attendance in the program for two weeks without communication with the program coordinator.
2. Tuition is due on Friday (or the last day of attendance) for the following week. If payment is not received a $5.00 late charge will be assessed to your account. If tuition is more than two weeks past due your child will be dismissedfrom the program and all rights to use Kids Korner will be permanently suspended.
3. Your account will not be adjusted in the event of illness or non attendance. Your account will be billed based on your child’s set weekly schedule. (See chart below for rates). In the event of inclement weather and the district closes, your account will be credited for the days closed.
4. Payments must be made in full by check or money order made payable to Kids Korner.
5. Late fees of $1.00 per minute will be assessed for children who are picked up after 6:00 P.M. This late charge will be added to your account and must be included in the next tuition payment.
6. If you submit payment for a Blue Jay Zone and do not attend you will receive no credit or refund. If you submit payment and we do not open your, account will be credited for payment made.

We have read and agree to this financial agreement. We understand that by signing this agreement that payment must be made on a weekly basis for the full amount due. If our account is two weeks behind and not paid in full our child will be dismissed from the program.We also understand that is a legal document and this agreement will be used to collect unpaid tuition.
