Dear Applicant:

Attached is the application for the Kickin’ Cancer Scholarships that are funded by the Hamilton Girls Soccer Club’s Kickin’ Cancer Tournament.

Any female who is in their senior year, is enrolling in college and has played for the Hamilton Wildcats or NJ Rush teams based in Hamilton for at least 3 years is eligible for the scholarship.

The criteria used to judge the applications are soccer activities, academic record, extracurricular activities, community service, and contributions to the game of soccer and especially service to the Hamilton Girls Soccer Club.

Please complete the application cover sheet and answer the eight questions attached per the instructions. Return the application to the above address.

To be considered, the completed application and documentation must be received by May 1, 2017. The scholarships will be announced at a league function in the spring.

The scholarships will be presented in the memory of three Hamilton Wildcat/Rush soccer parents who died of cancer – Thomas Sprague Jr., Mitch Rende and Ken Dunn.

Eligibility: Applicants must be females who are entering an accredited junior college, college or university as a freshman for the fall 2017 semester. Applicants must have played for the Hamilton Wildcats or New Jersey Rush Central teams for at least 3 years in Hamilton Girls Soccer Club.
