1-Presently Manager in SOULHARIA Contracting Company and company is working with the Transgulf in EKFC airport Project Dubai and Juma Al Majid in Dubai Marina for E&M works.

2-Worked as a ProjectEngineer (E&M) at the different Etisalat multistory and Data Centre buildings such as Hor-Al Anz Data Centre, Trade Centre Data Centre, Zabeel Data Centre, Al- Kifaf Building, Al-Wasal Business Centre and small exchanges with the responsibilities as below:

  • Building electrification.( Designing, DB load re-schedule and Load Balance if modification required for DEWA approval)
  • Installation and commissioning of LV and Generators. (Capacity- 35KVA to 2000KVA)
  • Installation and commissioning of UPS (Capacity -10KVA to 4 x 220 KVA)
  • Installation and commission of DC system. (Capacity 50A to 4800A).

1-Coordination and follow up with the contractors that maintenance and installation activities are as per SLA (Service level agreement) and to measure the KPI as per SLA between the Etisalat & contractor as well as imposed the penalties to the contractor accordingly.

2-Auditing, evaluating and suggesting for up gradation or replacement the Power infrastructure (Generator, UPS, DC Plant, Inverter, distribution system and cable) at the GSM shelters, exchanges, Business Center and Data Center.

3-Auditing, evaluating and suggesting for up gradation or replacement the Cooling and Fire system at the GSM shelters, exchanges, Business Center and Data Center.

4-Coordinates with the consultant and contractors to inspect and accept the new building (Power, lighting and earthing) and follow-up with them to clear the snags if available before releasing the certificate (RFS, PAC and FAC).

5-Coordinates with the consultant/contractors to inspect and accept the newly installed Generators, UPS and DC System and follow-up with them to clear the critical snags if available before releasing the certificate (RFS, PAC and FAC).

6-Planning, coordination and Managing the routine, trouble shooting and annual maintenance activities for Generator, UPS and DC System.
