Book Drive:

  • We would like to thank all those that have participated in the book drive so far! We have collected 115 books. Remember, up to 3 Key Club service hours can be earned for at least three usable books. New or gently used books are acceptable. For hours, the books need to be approved by Mrs. Lowry first. This will be a year-long project.
  • Book donation sites are located at Starbucks, Hood County Library, the GHS library, Mrs. Barnes’ room, and Mrs. Lowry’s room.
  • The Hood County Library has agreed to partner with us and they have offered to donate all the left over books after their Friends of the Library book sale. They stated that, in the past, this has amounted to around 150 boxes!! of books.
