Christmas show ticket and information letter

Your child has been invited to perform at this year’s Christmas show

·  The show this year will be on Sunday the 11th of December at Rudolf Steiner School in Kings Langley, WD4 9HG

·  All performers must be dropped and left at the theatre at 10.30am (Parents do not need to stay) (Approximate finish time 5pm)

·  We will be doing 2 shows in one day, all dancers will be in both shows, the first at 12pm the second at 3pm ( please state below which show you would like tickets for or both)

·  Performers must turn up in full costume with hair and (make up optional) already done. (Costume letters will follow)

·  It is essential for dancers to bring a packed lunch and drinks.

·  The ticket cost is £8.00 per person. ( Tickets are non-refundable)

·  If any parents, friends and family would be willing to help back stage please tick yes or no in the ticket form below. Helpers will need to be there at 11am but will still be able to see their child perform.

·  Dress rehearsal will be on Saturday the 10th of December 11am-2pm at the KEW Dance studio in Grovehill, Hemel Hempstead

·  Cheques should be made payable to KEW Dance.

·  All forms and cheques should be returned to:
