DocuVantage OnDemand:

  • An enterprise-level (SaaS) web application using the latesttechnologies such as Hibernate, Spring, JAI, ImageJ, and Tomcat. Responsibilities included writing the entire web interface usingSpring and communicating with Hibernate using several databases such asMySQL, MS SQL, and Oracle.

DocuVantage:

  • Maintained the company’s website by updating case studies, blogs, forums, and clients. Also added several sections such as partners and links to the DocuVantage OnDemand signup and login pages.
  • HTML, PHP, CSS, and JavaScript were used on the front-end with MySQL on the back-end.

Tampa GeneralHospital

  • Created Optix forms to help Tampa GeneralHospital with indexing and retrieving of records and medical forms.

Fleet

  • Improved the efficiency of Fleet’s form processing by combing five separate Excel forms into one script-driven template form.
  • Access was used on the back-end and VB for development.

Florida First

  • Designed and developed an archival utility to back up Florida First’s entire Optix database into easily manageable zips files and corresponding CSV files.
  • VB was used for the application development with MS SQL on the back-end.

ZipOptixImport

  • A Java Swing utility that zips Autodesk folder structures into Optix and indexes according to project numbers.
  • The utility allows users to check out the zipped archive, unzip, make any necessary changes, zip up the archive, and re-import into Optix.

TIFF Splitter

  • A utility for splitting a multi-page TIFF into individual TIFFs, then converting the files into a PDF through batch processing.
  • This utility is integrated into a Java web application that opens records in a contained window showing index information in a top frame and a PDF in the bottom. The utility is being created using Java, C/C++, and VB.

VB Release Script

  • A script file written for Kofax’s ( Ascent Capture application.
  • This script was written in Visual Basic 6 and collects OCR information, stores it in index fields, provides batch processing, then uses HTTP requests to send information to the DocuVantage OnDemand web application.

  • These web applications were built for HillsboroughCounty using Java with NetBeans.They utilize HTML, JavaScript, and JSP’s on the front-end and JDBC on theback-end communicating with Oracle.

  • An internal web application built using Struts to increase productivity for clientswhen accessing Optix via the web.

DV Web for Northrop Grumman:

  • A custom version of DV Web built solely for Northrop Grumman that uses their color scheme and advanced reporting tools for application usability.
