These non-commissionable rates are per night and do not include applicable sales tax, presently 9.8%. Rates are based on stated occupancy. For additional adults, please add $15 perperson, per night. There is no charge for children 15 and under staying with parents. For pets, (no more than 2 per unit), add $25 per pet, per night. Please confirm a pet-friendly unit at time of booking.

Each unit has one complimentary underground parking spot, (4 bedroom units have two spots). Additional cars will incur a $20 per day per vehicle charge, if available.
Free passes to the Vail Athletic Club
Besides the opportunity of using our exercise room, we are pleased to offer you complimentary passes to the Vail Athletic Club where you will find different types of classes from Yoga or Pilates, to indoor rock climbing lessons or spinning classes. Please visit the Vail Athletic Club website to confirm schedules.
AVAILABILITY
A limited number of units are available at the offered rates; please contact us to confirm availability. All units include complimentary WiFi access, fully equipped kitchens, gas fireplaces, private balconies with gas grills, and daily housekeeping service. Additional amenities include a creek-side pool and hot tubs, saunas, and a fitness room.
RESERVATION METHODS
Guests may book their accommodations on a “space available” basis. A leader number [#16210] has been created for your guests to reference when making a reservation. A one-night deposit will be required from the guest at the time of booking. The reservation will become the responsibility of that guest and all policies and payments will apply to them. Deposit/Cancellation Policy
One night’s deposit per unit booked is due when the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due upon check-out. Cancellations before 14 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of the deposit less $25 per unit cancelled. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit one night’s deposit (room & tax).
Late Arrivals, Early Departures, and No Show Policy
All late arrivals, no shows or (non-arrivals), and early departures are not refundable.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in time is 4:00 PM and checkout time is 11:00 AM. Our front desk staff will gladly store luggage should you require an earlier arrival or departure. Late checkouts may result in an additional room charge.
