A quorum being present, Mayor Fogg called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

257/2017 Costello - Sicinski: That the Town accounts amounting to $53,281.35 numbering 24796 to 24829 and online payments amounting to $7500.19 be approved for payment. Carried

258/2017 Sicinski - Firby: that we send D. Tucker to the Water Treatment and Distribution Course in Yorkton at a cost of $1450.00 plus expenses.

260/2017 Costello – Sicinski: that we support of the Langenburg Warriors proposal to apply for a liquor permit for entire upstairs area of the rink including the stairs 2017-2018 season.

269/2017 Sicinski - Costello: that we agree to the sale of Lots 2, 3, 4, and 5 Block W, Plan 82Y06760 (530 Decock Drive) for $25,500.00 to D J Miller & Sons Const. Ltd. Land to be sold as is and Decock Drive to remain available to become an road access for future use. At any time if these lots are sold and a road is required the Town will require a servicing agreement with the owners of all lots involved.
