SUMMER FAYRE

Our Summer Fayre will be onFriday 8th July 1:30pm -3:30pm.This year our children are very keen to become involved, so many of the stalls will be organised and run by the children themselves! There will be a variety of crafts and activities which they have planned and produced in class. There will still be our favourite attractions, including our raffle, tombola, summer tea room, cake stall, and bottle stall.

This year we are also introducing a parent table top sale (Parents can book a table for £5).

As ever, we are counting on YOUR generosity to support our success. Can you help? We are looking for donations of prizes for the Raffle and Tombola and also bottles for our famous Bottle Stall! All donations are hugely appreciated. There will be further announcements of attractions on offer at the fayre in the coming weeks.

NURSERY & RECEPTION OUTSIDE AREA

As some of you will have already seen, we have been having work carried out on the Nursery & Reception outside area. There is a new sand pit, a hand pumped water feature and a turfed area with an updated mud kitchen. The work should be completed this week and be ready for the children to use from next week.

NORTHUMBRIA POLICE UPDATE – SALTWELL PARK

Lots of damage is being caused in the park. This is a much loved space by everyone in Gateshead and young people are being blamed for the damage caused. The park closes at 9pm and no one should be in the park after this time. Please respect this and encourage others to do likewise. Young people are also telling the police they feel frightened to be in the park sometimes. Tell the Police more about this when you see them in the park.

GYMNASTICS

Please can children who are participating in the lunchtime gymnastics bring in their £1 session fee each time they attend the club. Thank you for your support.
