This 2018membership drive is not a single year membership, but a three-year membership commitment.
We lock your Kebo Valley Golf Club membership price in at the 2018level.
For the 2018season you pay 60%, for the 2019season 80% and for the2020 season 100% of the 2018rate.
Ifthethree-year commitment is notfulfilled, I understand the buyout will be 20% of the 2018 rate. ______Initials
I understand that, if accepted, this membership is a 3-Year commitment and then continues until a written letter of resignation is delivered to The Board of Directors, Club Manager, or Head Professional. I understand that resignation letters that are not submitted before April 1 of year resigning, I am liable for 100% of the dues for that year. I also understand it is my responsibility to inform Kebo of any mailing address, phone number, or e-mail changes. My payment of the full 2018 payment is included with this application ordelivered with an application for ACH monthly payment.Approval of all applications are done monthly at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors, play may begin after membership application, and full payment is submitted. If paying with cash or check, credit card information must still be included to secure further payment and/or commitments not completed.
