KCA Meeting called to order at 7:02 Pm by President Dawn Stubbs

Minutes from previous meeting was posted under files for anyone interested in reading.

Staci presented the treasures report we have a balance of 16,375.93

All the active classes were discuss and reported as doing well.

Flyball practice to continue every other Sunday open to all who are interested in Flyball.

Sunshine : Jill Adams .

Old Business: Received Rubber for Chute body and was installed.

Donations for February will send money to Hound Town Rescue Sandy Made motion Sharon 2nd. Club approved. Was noted that in March we would send 100.00 to Friends of Kern County Animal Shelter.

Was discussed to order new covers for the agility field (2) Maxine 1st Sharon 2nd. Club approved. Staci wanted to order straw for the barn hunt trial 1st by Jan 2nd Bonita club approved. and Memory Book for Barn Hunt. Sharon 1st chris 2nd club approved. Staci also needed a vacuum to clean up after rats. Linda W. 1st and Rhelda 2nd club approved. Discussed judges Janet Picard, Lathy Levett ad Jenny Doran as backup they were going to ask judges about motels.

Also discussed and approved was doing a Demo at Murray Farms on April 9th for FlybaLL, Agility and Trick Dog

Their will be Flyball tournaments on 19 in Madera

Spring fling will be April 24th Sunday at Fruitvale Norris park. We will offer CGC & CGCA testing.

In order to get more people to come to take classes Valerie suggested we make videos and show them at functions if we can’t do demos. Also can put ads on Craiglist and Facebook.

Linda W is going to order Drink Sleeves and Back scratchers (250) each for our NADAC Agility trial dog entries. Sherry 1st Sandy 2nd. Club approved.

Linda and Richard’s will be closed to all practices & classes on March 19 & 26th.
