ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Scholarship applicant must be a child or grandchild of a District Director seeking higher education in AGRICULTURAL OR NATURAL RESOURCE FIELD.
  • Applicant must have an over all 2.5 Grade Point Average
  • Applicant must be enrolled in a college or university by Fall of 2012
  • Applicant must be a full time student

SCHOLARSHIP OBJECTIVE

  • The OACD & OACD Auxiliary Agricultural or Natural Resource Field Scholarship is intended to encourage qualified students to increase their interest in Agricultural or Natural Resource Conservation
  • To obtain competence in Agricultural or Natural Resource Conservation
  • To pursue a career in this field of endeavor
  • To increase an awareness of the mission of Conservation Districts

SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS WILL BE EVALUATED ON THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA. ALL DECISIONS BY THE SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE WILL BE FINAL.
