Karaoke control panel specification:

The karaoke control panelhas the button learning function which means you could set the button value at your own request.

After finishing setup all buttons’ value, you could easily duplicate the other control panels functions, don’t need to make the button learning for each control panel

Notice:

if there are less than two external wall panels need to be connected with master control panel (master control panel is the one which is directly connected with computer), the additional wall panel should be directly connected with the wall panel port of the master control panel

if there are more than two external wall panels need to be connected with master control panel, the additional wall panels should be connected with the wall panel which is near master control panel.

After connecting all devices, please make sure the cable connection is correct before power on. If there was any mistake on the connection, it will cause function wrongly or devices broken. Our company is not responsible for any maintenance or exchange caused by misuse.

User manual

Base operation

There is a layer for protecting the surface of the control panel.The layer should be torn off before use.
Please make sure the cable connection is correct before power on. If there was any mistake on the connection, it will cause function wrongly or devices broken.
After checking all devices, connect one terminal of ps2 (male) cable to the keyboard port of computer and connect the other terminal of ps2 (male) cable to the port marked “computer” of the control panel. Then power on the computer, the panel will show “888888” with a beep. If there is no keyboard or song selecting device connected with the control panel in a second, it will make two beeps. Buzzer beeps twice.Otherwise, buzzer beeps once, and the display LED will show “LLLLLL”, this means the panel is ready to learn button value. If there is no button of the control panel pressed within three seconds, the display LED will show “skrxxx”, the buzzer beeps three seconds and show “HELLO”. Then the control panel is ready to be used.

Notice: at the status of ready learning, please do not make any action, or it might go to learning section. The panel is ready to be used until the LED displays “HELLO”

If there is common computer keyboard and remote receiver connected with the control panel, they could also be used together.

Notice: the computer keyboard or remote receiver should be connected with the control panel before power on. If the keyboard was connected AFTER power on, the keyboard or receiver could NOT be used and only the control panel works.

Notice: the length of the PS2 cable for connecting the control panel with the computer should be not longer than 8 meters.

Remark：the remote control function could be integratedinto the control panel for saving one songs selecting tool. If the control panel is set far from the computer, the control panel could be designed as infrared transferring style.

If the button of the control panel is pressed, the buzzer will beep once and the LED will display “00” with responding the corresponding function

Remark：the service panel could be designed as customer’s request: 1) make the service panel as continuous lighting unless pressing the “clear” button to turn it off. 2) press the service panel button and send ps2 code to pc to turn it off.

Notice: The cable for connecting control panel withservice panel is 6-core telephone wire and its length should not be longer than 30 meters.

the “amplifier” port of the control panel could send out the infrared signal to control the amplifier or television. It displays “sed-xx”, if xx is 01, then that means current learning button is the number of 01 button.The rest may be deduced by analogy.

Remark：the amplifier could be wired controlled via control panel. It could output standard BMB code. The control panel could connect with the amplifier via 6-core telephone wire and it should be longer than 50 meters.

The control panel could run with two wall panels. If there are more than two wall panels need to be connected, the third wall panel could be connected via expanded port of the second wall panel. The quantity of wall panels connecting with master control panel should be more than 3.

Notice: the control panel is connected with the wall panel via 6-core telephone wire and it should not be more than 30 meters.

Button learning function

New purchased control panel should make the button learning first or the button could not be used normally.

Ps2 code could not be identified automatically.

Karaoke control panel buttons’ learning

the computer keyboard should not be connected to the control panel for powering on the control panel. Connect PS2 cable to the keyboard port of computer and power on. The panel will display “LLLLLL”, at this time, press following buttons of the control panel in order “3” “４” “２” “５” “８”，the buzzer will beeps twice and display “KL----”
Plug computer keyboard to the “keyboard” port of control panel
press the button of the control panel you need to set the value, the panel will display “KL----”, at the same time, the buzzer will beep twice and be ready to learn this button’s ps2 code, then press the corresponding button of the keyboard, then the control panel will display “KL OK”, the buzzer will beep once and alarm this button has finished learning
Repeat above steps for the rest buttons’ learning
After All buttons learning finished, just power off the control panel and power on to restart it.

Wall panel buttons’ learning

Connect the wall panel to the control panel and then connect ps2 cable to the computer. After powering on, the panel will display “LLLLLL”, at this time, press following buttons of the control panel in order “3” “４” “２” “５” “８”，the buzzer will beeps twice and display “KL----”
press the button of the wall panel you need to set the value, then the wall panel will display “QbL----”, at the same time, the buzzer will beep twice and be ready to learn this button’s ps2 code, then press the corresponding button of the control panel, then the wall panel will display “QbL OK”, the buzzer will beep once and alarm this button has finished learning
Repeat above steps for the rest buttons’ learning
After All buttons learning finished, just power off the control panel and power on to restart it.

Service panel ps2 code learning

Before powering on the control panel, connect the service panel to the control panel first. Then connect PS2 cable to the computer. After powering on, the panel will display “LLLLLL”, at this time, press following buttons of the control panel in order “3” “４” “２” “５” “８”，the buzzer will beeps twice and display “KL----”
Press the button of the service panel and the control panel will display “SL----”, at the same time, the buzzer will beep twice and be ready to learn this button’s ps2 code, plug the computer keyboard to the control panel and press the corresponding button of the keyboard, the control panel will display “SL OK”, the buzzer will beep once and alarm this button has finished learning
Repeat above steps for the rest buttons’ learning
After All buttons learning finished, just power off the control panel and power on to restart it.

Amplifier infrared remote control learning

Before powering on the control panel, connect the infrared port to the “amplifier ” port of the control panel first. Then connect PS2 cable to the computer. After powering on, the panel will display “LLLLLL”, at this time, pressing the button of the control panel you need to set the value for three seconds, then the control panel will display “L---XXX” andthe buzzer will beeps twice
Let the transmit port of the amplifier remote control face the infrared port from the control panel within about 10cm. make sure there are no strong light or electromagnetism around. Press the corresponding button of the amplifier remote control. Then the control panel will display “L OK”, the buzzer will beep once and alarm this button has finished learning. IF The buzzer beep twice, this means the code of this button of the infrared remote control is too long to be learned. The button learning might be failed or successful, need test it out or reset it via repeating above steps.
Repeat above steps for the rest buttons’ learning
After all buttons learning finished, just power off the control panel and power on to restart it.

Karaoke control panel duplicating

For high efficiency, this product could batch duplicate control panel for multiple button learning.User just need finish one control panel button learning and test it out before batch duplicating. If the first control panel works well, then user could duplicate the first one for setting the rest control panel. Notice: this operation should be taken on two computers. Since the power of the control panel is supplied via ps 2 port of the computer. That power is weak, so the ps2 cable should not be longer than 2 meters.

We suppose we would duplicate the first control panel buttons’ values to the second control panel

Notice: do not mistake the first panel for the second panel, or the first panel’s buttons values will be totally cleared. Moreover, the design and button arrangement of the first panel and the second panel should be absolutely same.

before powering on the first control panel, you need to connect the appointed signal transfer cable to the “wall panel” port of the first control panel, and connect the first control to the keyboard port of computer via the ps2 cable to power on the control panel, then the first control panel will display “LLLLLL”, continue pressing “ page up” button of the first control panel for three seconds. Then it will display “-----” with buzzer beeping twice to boot in the status of preparing for batch sending signals
Use another ps2 cable to connect the second control panel to another computer, after powering on, the second control panel will display “LLLLLL”, continue pressing “page up” button of the second control panel for three seconds, then it will display “---” with buzzer beeping twice, then the LED blacks out and go the status of preparing for batch receiving signals.At this time, connect another terminal of theappointed signal transferring cable to the “wall panel” port of the second control panel. At this time, all preparation has been done. Attention: please make sure power on the second control panel before connecting the appointed signal cable, or it will result in the first control panel exited the status of preparing for batch sending signal

Notice: please do not start the 3rd step until the buzzer finish beeping twice.

Press any button exclude infrared button of the first control panel, then the first panel will black out and the buzzer of the second control panel will start beeping with buttons duplicating. Whole panel button duplicating will be finished until the second control stops beeping and both panel display “L OK”. If during prcessing, both panel display “L ERR” and their buzzer continue beep thrice, that means the duplication was failed and you need to repeat above steps to start again.
Entire duplication will last about 15 seconds.
After the second control panel is done, do not power off the first panel if you still have more panel waiting duplication. At this time, do not make any action on the first panel and keep the status of the first control panel as preparing for batch sending signals. Unplug the terminal of the appointed singal cable from the “wall panel” port of the second control panel, then unplug the ps2 cable from the port of the second control panel. Attention: please do not make this two action in reverse order, or it will result in the first control panel exited the status of preparing for batch sending signal
