- Managed a committee of 7-8 individuals in the creation and implementation of the membership education program. This includes a continuing membership program for 33 active members and membership classes for 40+ people weekly for six weeks in preparation for initiation.
- Recruited a total of 20 new members to be accepted into KKΨ. Achieved a bid acceptance rate of 100%, compared to the previous year’s 11 new members and 67% acceptance rate.
- Elected to position by a 30+ member chapter.

- Directed a committee of 6 KKΨ members the 6 state North Central District (NCD),in order to create a tool that chapters in the NCD could use to self-assess their individual Membership Education Program. This tool will be implemented throughout the NCD during the upcoming year.
