New production solutions and diverse range of services for sanitary professionals

Ahlen, March 2016 – In 2016 Kaldewei will once again be presenting itself at the sanitary industry fairs in Essen and Nuremberg as a powerful partner for the plumbing/sanitary trade. The focus here will be on new, practical solutions for floor-level shower design, washbasins made of Kaldewei steel enamel, and the new bathtub collections created in collaboration with designers Arik Levy and Anke Salomon.

The market launch of the Kaldewei washbasins last year was a resounding success, both in Germany and internationally. At the SHK/IFH, the premium manufacturer will present its new steel enamel washbasins, and is consistently expanding this product segment with new variants. New solutions for floor-level shower surfaces will also be presented – including the ultra flat KA 90 waste fitting which is now also available with an enamelled waste cover. Thanks to these new enamelled waste covers for all floor-level shower surfaces with a 90-series fitting, fully enamelled shower surfaces are now also available for design lines in the mid-range price bracket such as the Scona or Superplan.

Further highlights at the SHK/IFH will be provided by the Kaldewei Meisterstücke from the Emerso and Incava product series, and the new Meisterstücke for wall and corner installation. The Silenio bathtub and the world premiere of the Kaldewei Skin Touch will round off Kaldewei’s trade fair presentations in Essen and Nuremberg.

Kaldewei: The plumber’s partner

Sanitary professionals can see the quality of the new products at the Kaldewei stand, and find out about the many Kaldewei services available. The aim here is to make the work of fitters and sanitary designers even easier by providing simple, intuitive tools. These include, for example, an assembly configurator for floor-level showers, the mobile Kaldewei website, and a video of help with customer service during a three-stage sales process. These services deliver impressive proof of how genuine partnership works.

Multi award-winning trade fair stand

Kaldewei invites its visitors to experience its various products and assembly solutions in a completely new way. Based on last year’s ISH stand, the 2016 stand design is highly persuasive thanks to its extraordinary architecture. Inspired by the brilliance of light, individual rays penetrate the brand space producing three-dimensional facets, within which the different theme and experience worlds present themselves. This means that guests can experience the iconic presentation of people and products with all of their senses. The Kaldewei stand has already won five awards for its unique concept, including prestigious accolades such as the “Iconic Award – Best of Best” from the German Design Council, and the “FAMAB AWARD 2015”.

Thanks to this innovation, a fully enamelled version of the Scona shower surface is now also available for ultra flat, floor-level installation.
