Financial Policies:
RegistrationFeeis due at the beginning of each school year (or at first admissions). Early registration is offered in the spring at a 50% discount. A check payment must be cleared before admittance.
Sibling Discount = 10% off the oldest child. (Only applies for children attending full time 5 days a week.)
Tuition is based on a monthly basis and always due in advance on the 1st of each month.
Late Payment Fee = $25.00 (Any payment received after the 5th of the month.)
A Deposit of two weeks’ tuition (half the monthly fee) is required upon enrollment as a deposit for your child’s last two weeks of tuition. You must give at least two weeks’ notice of departure; otherwise your deposit will be forfeited.
Families who are receiving financial assistance (CalWorks, Choices for Children, 4C’s, PACEAPP, NACCRRAA, etc.) are responsible for payment if these agencies do not pay for time your child(ren) attends for any reason. Parents/Guardians are responsible for Co-Pay, Registration Fee, Summer Activities Fees, Webcam Fees, and any other fees not paid by the agency. Late fees will apply if these are not paid on time.
Payment Options
We Accept:
-Recurring Direct Payments from your Checking or Savings (ACH) (see attached form)
-Checks or cash payments (with prior approval)
-Automatic Credit Card Payments (5% processing fee and with prior approval)
A $30.00 NFS fee will be charged for all returned checks or rejected automatic payments (ACH).
There is a Summer Activity Fee that is charged in June to children ages two years and up. These funds are used for paying for in-house field trips, special guest or activities. For our School-age Summer Camp, there may be additional fees for field trips or activities (you will be notified in advance).
The Vacation Policy allows two weeks at half the tuition rate per calendar year: One week during school year (September through May) and one week during our summer program (June through August). In order to qualify, your child must be off for the full week, Monday through Friday and you must give us at least 2 weeks written notice.
Drop-In Care is for an extra day needed that is not according to your schedule. All drop-in care is subject to availability, requires at least 24 hours advance notice, and requires payment upon entry. See current tuition schedule for rates or ask the Director.
Tuition is due whether your child attends or not and if the school is closed for holidays or in-service days. Your tuition is based on the schedule that you have signed up for and will be billed accordingly. If you would like to change your schedule please contact the office with at least 2 weeks notice (your child’s schedule can only be changed once during the school year).
I understand and agree to the terms of my contract with Kiddie Academy of Morgan Hill and my financial obligations by signing this document. I also acknowledge that I have received a copy of this document.
