Youth Community Policing
This program provides funding to increase or enhance positive police interactions with youth outside of the traditional enforcement role and to establish or enhance Juvenile Review Boards.
Bloomfield Police Department
Youth Community Policing
$6,000 / Support the following activities: Juvenile Review Board, family nights, Drop-In Center, Police Explorers, and Police Athletic League.
Bridgeport Human Resources Development
Youth Community Policing
$10,000 / Support a program for police to work with youth from the South End Community Center on two components—a Junior Police Academy and a Theatrical Program.
City of Bristol

$10,000 / Increase positive police interactions with youth in adventure, skill training and social events. Thirty youth ages 14-18 will be involved with six participating police officers.

City of Stamford
