  • Conducted diversity training and facilitation at regional universities and colleges, high schools, area community based organizations, and professional associations.
  • National negotiator of partnerships with key Latino organizations for undergraduate talent acquisition.Results: within one year of implementation, Latino college intern acquisition increased by 5% nationwide; negotiated and secured three memorandums of agreement; sourced approximately 3000 college students of color.
