The Jones Creek Veteran’s Memorial Committee is selling engraved plaques to recognize those who have served or are currently serving their country by participation in the Armed Forces. Armed Forces include: U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, and Armed Guard of Merchant Marines.
Plaques may be purchased as follows:
· 3 inch x 7 inch $100.00 each
Plaques will contain text only. Standard ½ - inch lettering is provided. An example of the plaque and text is available at the Jones Creek City Hall. The Veteran’s Memorial Committee must approve all content for acceptance.
Applicants currently serving must provide proof of current service.
Applicants who are veterans must provide a copy of their DD214.

Military Plaque Policy:
In the unlikely event that a plaque is requested to be removed from the Memorial after is has been installed, a removal fee of $100.00 will be assessed. The Jones Creek Veteran’s Memorial Committee will solely determine plaque location. Multiple plaques cannot be guaranteed to be located together. Requests will be considered and honored, if possible, without guarantee.

Military Paver Text:
3-inch x 7-inch with 3 lines of text (20 characters per line) (Plaque may only contain 50 letters maximum)
· Print your characters exactly as you would like to see them on the plaque. This includes using upper and lower case, or any combination of the two.
· The following punctuation marks can be used and count as one character per symbol:

· The laser will automatically center each line of text from left to right, and from top to bottom.
