Jon Randles is the founder and president of the Jon Randles Ministries, and Randles, Inc., located in Frisco, Texas. Through JRM, Randles is involved in evangelism, revivals, church growth conferences and evaluations, discipleship, student ministry, and missionary endeavors worldwide through speaking engagements, YouTube, and iTunes.
Through the medium of Randles, Inc., Jon Randles provides non-religious motivational concepts of excellence and success to universities, public and private secondary schools, government agency personnel, and private sector business and industry through speaking engagements and conferences.
Randles is also a sought after speaker for motivating collegiate athletic teams including the programs at the universities of Texas Tech, Texas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas A&M, Baylor, Louisville, LA-Tech, West Texas A&M, Tarleton State, Arkansas, Houston, and Tulsa, to name just a few. As a speaker for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), he also speaks regularly at FCA Directors Conventions, Coaches Conferences, Fields of Faith, Game Day Rallies, Student Camps and events that include National Leadership Camps, and hasfor almost 20 years now.Other FCA events include hundreds of high school assemblies and rallies nationwide.

Randles, along with John Strappazon, founded Paradigm Bible Study in Lubbock, TX in 1997. Since its inception, Paradigm Bible Study has ministered to thousands of students on various campuses, currently live-streamed from Tarleton State University every Thursday night at 8pm.Randles has also been the keynote for collegiate retreats across the country, including extensive ministry with the Ethiopia Evangelical Churches in Texas and California; Baptist Student Ministries on campuses in almost every city he speaks in; and being invited to speak before university students representing every aspect of collegiate life, including sports, academics, and social groups.

Randles has an incredible reputation as a contract speaker for the U.S. Air Force, various government agencies, and teacher in-service training, communicating his unique understanding of changing trends in society and motivational tools to success. One of his video presentations is used to train Texas Department of Human Resources employees.

Prior to forming JRM, Jon Randles was the pastor of one of the nation's fastest growing congregations, located in Lubbock, Texas. During his tenure there, 1988-1993, the church ranked 26th in North America according to Church Growth Magazine - 1991. He was also the pastor of churches in Abilene and Graham, Texas, pastoring a total of 17 years.
Randles is married to the former Kelly Dennis of Lubbock. She is also a graduate of Hardin-Simmons University (1979). The Randles have three children: Zack, Sam, and Hayley. Their son, Zack, along with his wife Autumn, serves as Pastor of Students and Church wide Discipleship at Victory Life Church in Lubbock, Texas. Sam, and his wife Jennifer, live and work in Fort Worth, where Sam is also a popular musician. Hayley, who is married to Chance Williamson, works at Gearbox Software as Executive Administrative Assistant.Jon and Kelly have two grandchildren: Landree and Jack. Kelly actively attends church in Frisco when not on the road with Jon.
