Description
The R&D Lab Assistantsupports laboratory staff by maintaining necessary lab supplies, maintaining resources necessary for the lab function, and assisting with lab work as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Preparing lab reagents
- Stocking lab disposables
- Performing simple lab techniques – IFA, sample collection, ELISA runs
- Maintaining lab animals and cell cultures
- Perform other related duties as required
Desired Qualifications
- BS in microbiology,biology or related field preferred
- Basic understanding of laboratory procedures, equipment
- Demonstrated competence in problem solving, analytics and collaboration
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
