Job Title: R&D Lab Assistant

Description

The R&D Lab Assistantsupports laboratory staff by maintaining necessary lab supplies, maintaining resources necessary for the lab function, and assisting with lab work as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing lab reagents
  • Stocking lab disposables
  • Performing simple lab techniques – IFA, sample collection, ELISA runs
  • Maintaining lab animals and cell cultures
  • Perform other related duties as required

Desired Qualifications

  • BS in microbiology,biology or related field preferred
  • Basic understanding of laboratory procedures, equipment
  • Demonstrated competence in problem solving, analytics and collaboration
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
