Job title: PROCESS MANAGER

WESTERN MILLING is seeking an individual with strong leadership experience to oversee staff and day to day functions in the business accounting and finance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating standard operating procedures and work-flow processes, performing assessments, studies and projects to improve department staffing, workflow, and customer service. The Process Manager will also lead and train staff in the use of process improvement tools, facilitate team decisions, manage team work, resolve team conflict, assist in training and development, and conduct follow-up to ensure successful implementation of processes. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

The candidate we are looking for must have the following Minimum Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s degree in related field or 10+ years of equivalent work experience.

·  6+ years strong leadership and supervisory skills to manage, evaluate, train, and support staff.

·  Understanding of generally accepted business accounting practices and procedures.

·  Understanding of continuous improvement processes.

·  Demonstrated proficiency using advanced office software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.

·  Working knowledge of workflow mapping software or processes.

·  Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and time management skills.

·  Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment and maintain discretion and confidentiality.

·  Interpret and apply rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

·  Possess exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

·  Possess organizational and planning skills with attention to detail and follow through.

·  Valid Drivers’ License.
