FUNCTION
The PGi Sales Team and the solutions, products and services we deliver are revolutionising the way people connect. PGi provides technologies designed with people in mind.

The Account Manager is responsible for managing an existing customer base , building customer loyalty, ensuring high product retention rates, supporting and promoting corporate strategy and initiatives, and developing and executing area business plans.

The team is made up of top performers that foster an entrepreneurial team spirit and a team culture that promotes leaders at all levels. Our sales leadership is hands-on, regularly engaging with the team during key parts of the sales process to win and retain accounts.


We are looking for motivated, high activity, professional sales people with strong communication skills, proven track record that are able to interact with senior level contacts.

In this new role, the successful candidate will make outbound calls, manage customer relationships and grow revenue from a large number of SMB to larger companies across EMEA.

You will be responsible for identifying appropriate contacts, prospecting, assessing needs and creating interest in PGi services. Upward mobility and career advancement is available and will be rewarded for achievement of team and individual goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Accountable to drive revenues within the given territories to maximise revenue for PGi

·  Identifying needs and business objectives

·  Developing and qualifying leads

·  Phone prospecting

·  Internal marketing support and research

·  Preparing sales presentation and proposals.

·  Plan and conduct negotiations with customers to drive lasting agreements and commitments and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained

·  Manage a pipeline of opportunities through web and telephone interactions with the customer set, thus driving revenue and maximising the opportunity for PGi

·  If required, work with the customer to develop an effective solution strategy that meets their needs, and also harness other parts of PGi to deliver same

·  Identify accounts at risk and create a retention strategy, escalate for assistance when required

·  Commit to and deliver results linked to monthly, quarterly and annual targets and forecasted sales achievements.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

·  Minimum 2yrs inside sales experience in the B2B market with a proven, highly successful sales track record through solution based selling such as online publishing/advertising, consulting services, enterprise software

·  Strong passion for Outbound Sales

·  Fluency in German & English

·  Self-driven, motivated, high work rate

·  Passion and commitment to exceed sales targets

·  Interpersonal savvy when interacting with internal employees, external customers & virtual team members

·  Ability to converse in a knowledgeable manner on various industry topics and Internet technologies in order to ‘sell’ opportunities to prospective customers

·  Demonstrated experience developing new business relationships at all levels of enterprise organisations; a true “hunter” mentality who strives for the close

·  Experience with contract or renewal sales while exceeding sales quotas

·  Strong technical aptitude and a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field

·  Ability to close sales with the most appropriate sales process

·  Excellent communication skills

·  Must have the skills to develop relationships quickly, with prospect/customers at all levels

·  Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, quota-driven ever-changing environment

·  Professional experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
