Summary of conditions of service

Job Title: Home Support and Care Manager

1.  Hours: This is a full time position of 37 hours per week Monday to Friday.

2.  Contract: This is on a permanent contract.

3.  Salary: To be agreed depending on qualifications and experience. Payment is made monthly in arrears on the 19th of each month.

4.  Annual leave: Annual leave entitlement is 30 days per annum, including bank holidays. The leave year runs from 1 April to 31 March.

5.  References: This post is subject to satisfactory references being received.

6.  Probationary period: This post is subject to the satisfactory completion of six month’s service.

7.  DBS: The post is subject to a satisfactory disclosure being received from the Disclosure and Barring Service.

8.  Notice: For the first month of employment one weeks’ notice is required either side. Thereafter two months notice is required.

9.  Pension: We will automatically enrol you into the Workplace Pension Scheme if you meet the criteria set by Government.

10. Expenses: Out-of-pocket expenses will be paid. Any official mileage will receive 45p per mile.

11. Sick pay: A company sick pay scheme operates, further details can be found in the staff handbook.

12. Healthcare Cover: Healthcare cover through Simplyhealth which covers payment towards dental, optical, complementary therapies, health screening and diagnostic consultations up to a set limit.
