Finance Analyst - Your Future Position?

As a Finance Analyst in our Treasury group with our North America Shared Services - Finance organization, you will be part of a corporate team supporting the Treasurer with tasks related to cash management, systems management, records management, trust fund analysis, and key performance indicator reviews.

·  Partner on Execution: Manage bank interfaces; confirm daily all NOAM EBS files were correctly loaded into SAP + affiliate Citidirect files; File transfer maintenance, account updates, line setups, and updates and regular maintenance of data base; Update information internally and on bank systems.

·  Drive Efficiencies and Excellence: Cash management; Maintain bank balances, process local fund transfers; Confirm no fraudulent checks or local wires daily; Fund workers compensation activity.

·  Utilize the very best of you: System changes and improvements - Lead or provide support for local and Group treasury initiatives to improve transaction or information flows; KPI reporting - insurance claims, bank balances and service fees, employee benefit plan returns and disbursements; Treasury reporting for internal and external distribution as needed - Work with external and internal auditors as needed, Provide proof of payment in a timely manner, Manage interest payments/reporting schedule.

Your professional profile includes:

·  A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.

·  Three to five years’ experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis or Treasury is also required.
