You will play a critical role in setting LACI’s strategy for the next three years.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Deeply committed to creating inclusive, diverse workplaces, especially in a tech environment
  • Curiosity, openness, and willingness to learn about others

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct interviews with external stakeholders about diversity & inclusion
  • Research and report diversity & inclusion best practices
  • Create a stakeholder engagement plan, key metrics, and a three-year strategy

What you’ll get:

  • Regular interaction with great entrepreneurs, mentors, VCs & corporate professionals
  • Great exposure & education on the cleantech sector
  • A chance to roll up your sleeves & contribute to one of the most exciting business crucibles around
