Job: Survey Technician

Job Description: We are searching for a motivated individual to join our growing team of design and survey professionals as we design the communities in which we live, work, and play. Qualified candidates must have high-level verbal and written communication skills, experience working in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well alone and collaboratively. Applicants must show a strong willingness to learn new skills, be a self-starter, show strong attention to detail, and value excellent customer service.

As a Survey Technician, you will spend time both in and out of the office performing property line surveys, obtaining field topography, locating utilities, and providing construction stakeout. We will teach techniques for turning raw information into a completed existing site conditions plan. Our ideal person has a college degree in Computer Aided Design or Land Surveying.

Position Requirements:

· Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
