Main Purpose of Position

The Electrosonic marketing function supports a wide range of established and leading-edge marketing initiatives: brand and awareness; thought leadership; sales team support; events and demos; the digital ecosystem; market and solution trend analysis.

You’ll be in the thick of it, moving forwards on a range of initiatives and often at the same time: business partner / channel campaigns; sales-driven campaign initiatives; digital / web / social media / PR activity; high value business development projects; production of internal readiness material and external value proposition content.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

·  CAMPAIGNS. You’ll collaborate, gain input, finalise, plan, budget, build and execute demand generation campaigns for internal sales initiatives & external supplier initiatives

·  COLLABORATION. You’ll be managing relationships with internal stakeholders & external marketing service suppliers in alignment with department and company strategic initiatives

·  EVENTS. You’ll be contributing to the successful delivery of ‘internal’ (self-made) events & audience generation; plus the delivery of external event participation by the company

·  MONITORING. You’ll be tracking, reporting and adjusting activities from results observed.

·  DIGITAL. You’ll own & control performance of the company’s digital ecosystem (marketing automation; workflows; web CMS)

·  PR & SOCIAL PUBLISHING. You’ll understand, and participate, in the drive to achieve greater awareness in target vertical markets.

·  CREATIVE. You’ll be able to demonstrate pragmatic approaches and solutions and participate strongly in team sessions.

·  PLANNING. You’ll be experienced dealing with budgeting processes and ongoing monitoring – and you’ll be confidently able to plan your own activities as part of a wider set of department objectives.

What Experience, Skills and Attributes you will need to be successful?

·  3+ years’ experience working in B2B marketing departments

·  BA/BS and/or CIM Marketing Qualification – good understanding of the science of marketing

·  An understanding of the B2B prospects’ journey and marketing tactics to engage them

·  Can demonstrate hands-on ability to execute and deliver integrated activities across a wide range of disciplines in the marketing mix. For example: events (Ones that we create ourselves; ones that we pay to attend); DM; digital (SEO & PPC); inbound marketing techniques

·  Can demonstrate understanding & development of sales readiness material, segmentation & value propositions for field marketing / B2B activity to targeted personas

·  Excellent communicator, collaborator, influencer – with key stakeholders

·  Exceptionally well organized – can handle and deliver multiple projects in a fast-paced, complex B2B environment

·  Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, web CMS, reporting & analysis tools

·  Can demonstrate good understanding of strategy, planning, budgeting, monitoring & reporting

·  Marketing mix: digital; inbound; events; PR; partner & supplier liaison; internal comms; DM; integrated campaigns; collateral production; content marketing;
