POSITION:Center Lead Teacher
PROGRAM:Head Start
LOCATION:Edwards County WADI Office, 334 Industrial Dr, Albion IL 62806
REPORTS TO:Center Supervisor
HOURS:Full-Time (36 hours per week); Monday through Fridaywill be working 7.2 hours a day. Hours may vary depending on program need.
DUTIES:The CenterLead Teacher delivers a program of early childhood education to enrolled children, implementing the Head Start Performance Standards and DCFS licensing requirements as they apply. Cooperates in meeting goals and objectives of the program in conjunction with the goals of the agency.
MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONSPrefer a Bachelor or Associate degree in Human Services, Early Childhood Education, or related field.Prefer 1 year of experience with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

*Holiday pay will be awarded to all eligible employees for the times they would normally and routinely have been scheduled to work. (Employees who have completed 30 calendar days of service.)

PAY INFO: Starting Wage $8.62per hour*
Starting Wage for Associate Degree $9.26 per hour*
Starting Wage for Bachelors Degree $9.90per hour*
*After successful completion of the 90 day Introductory Period there is a $1.00 per hour raise. Paid every other Thursday with mileage checks issued the Friday after payday.
