Job Purpose
The primary purpose of this post is to plan and manage the delivery of the Service Level Agreements with internal departments and external contractors. This will include managing projects that will support the objectives of the Division, and ensure the successful ongoing service improvements. This includes systems, processes and project planning, estimating, execution, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and ongoing support.
The post holder will also work as part of the Business Support Team to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of projects managed in support of business goals and objectives within Environmental Services.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. / Responsible for the successful delivery of existing and future SLAs.
2. / To ensure that any associated contractors deliver the relevant performance within the SLA within the specified constrains of time and cost.
3. / To plan and monitor the SLA, identifying and obtaining any support and advice required for the management, planning and risk control of the SLA.
4. / Take responsibility for overall progress and use of resources and initiate corrective action where appropriate.
5. / Report to the Programme Manager through the production of regular performance and monitoring reports.
6. / Play a key role in the generation of the Business Support annual Team Plan.
7. / Provide specialist management and technical support and guidance to other managers within Environmental Services in relation to waste, open spaces and fleet management.
8. / Ensure all services are delivered to a high quality standard and the principles of Customer Service Excellence are taken into account when delivering the service.
9. / Procure services from and negotiate with external suppliers, partner organisations, accreditation bodies and contractors as necessary to ensure seamless delivery of strategic services to customers.
10. / Attend relevant meetings with CNH, contractors and associated groups including residents associations.
