Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct site inspections for Civil, Structural & Architectural, based on the required approved drawings and Specifications.
Conduct inspections on all structures on the layout of re-bars, concrete forms, waterproofing materials, architectural finishing, verify mechanical and electrical opening if necessary and require mechanical and electrical inspection and approvals before concrete pouring, verify the survey lay - out and reference levels to ensure the structure is built according to concrete dimensions in the approved drawings and specification.
Conduct phases of inspection in structural precast and pre-stress such; hollow core slabs and precast panel wall installation.
Conduct inspection for the road works, manhole and MEP piping works.
Conduct post for inspections and fill up all necessary quality control documents including result in laboratory of concrete strength and field density test for soil or earth compaction for succeeding work to proceed.
Conduct and generate a system punch list on all-civil, structural and architectural finishing as per project quality awareness.
Conduct site inspections for ensure the highest quality standard of work, monitoring work in daily progress, equipment and inspection of material on delivered on site to ensure materials are in good condition and if as per specification and approved.
