Job Title: Graphics Production Coordinator (FT)

Location: Falmouth, Cornwall

Reporting To: Head of Marketing & Communications

Responsible For:

1.  Primary Objectives

·  Managing the schedule and workflow of all artwork deadlines of the graphic design team within a multi-channel fashion company.

·  Taking responsibility for the co-ordination of graphic design jobs with designers, managers, suppliers, printers etc.

·  Ensuring all tasks are effectively carried out and completed on time and within budget.

·  Production of weekly status reports to show production workflow

·  Provide day-to-day organisational support to the design team

·  Responsible for confirming priorities, specifications and requirements to both the internal design team and external suppliers

·  Project managing the design team between print and digital projects and across various sales channels

2.  Main Tasks and Key Areas of Work

As Graphics Production Coordinator you will control a team that delivers high quality print and digital design work for a fast paced fashion brand.

Working within the Marketing Department you will be a proven Production Coordinator with evidence of this strength. Your organisational skills are exceptional and you’re happy to take ownership. Your communication skills are your main strength and you are professional, balancing project management delivery, working with creative teams, deadlines, report writing, maintaining supplier relationships and most importantly brand values.

·  Coordinate and motivate a creative team to deliver multiple projects to a high standard and within agreed deadlines/critical path.

·  Liaise with suppliers to obtain the best quotes and lead times that follow agreed schedule and budget.

·  Gain approval from relevant senior management for particular projects.

·  Control of the relevant portions of the marketing budget

WORK RELATED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS / - Experience of leading a team of designers
- Print production/reprographics knowledge and experience
- The ability to coordinate a team to deliver multiple projects to a high standard and within deadlines
- The ability to work closely with an in-house design team and suppliers - communicating by phone, email and face-to-face
- Working with other managers within the Marketing department to schedule and manage workflow of the graphic design team
- Skills in task management, scheduling, report writing and data reporting – Word, Excel
- Working with budgets and being responsible for working within these on multiple projects at a time
- Responsibility for planning and approving quotes, lead times, deadlines and schedules. / - Proven project management experience
- Knowledge of Adobe suite
-Experience of working in a similar process and production environment ie. Design agency
- Experience of working within a brand and managing an in-house graphic design team
- Experience in scheduling and managing photoshoots within budget and deadline
- Exposure to B2C and B2B environments / CV & interview
