OVERVIEW OF COMPANY OBJECTIVE: / To provide a first rate, Business continuity service and plan to clients to protect and preserve their business or organisation from business continuity risks.
OVERVIEW OF ROLE: / To be the main point of contact advising a portfolio of clients on business continuity planning and solutions.
REPORTING TO: / Senior Consultant/Director
HOURS OF WORK: / Full time
DUTIES: / · Identifying client’s requirements.
· Initiation of the project through telephone calls/meetings.
· Co-ordination of the project with the client including the booking of diaries
· Writing proposals and Project Initiation Document
· Ownership of a designated piece of consultancy as the project manager
· Delivery to client of consultancy within budget, to the quality standard required and to the agreed criteria in co-ordination with Project Director
· Quality assuring documents as required
· Escalating any client issues or complaints to Project Director
· Supporting Project Director in delivery of work
· Supporting others within the office in delivery of work
· Filling in training records(is this project staff/participants or personal)
· Ensuring that time records are kept up to date and that the budget is being monitored to prevent the project going over budget
· Recording time spent on each project
· Reporting back to the customer with regards to the training provided, creating reports where required
· Identifying further opportunities
· Assessing the customers perspective of PlanB Consulting and the work delivered to the client by PlanB Consulting
· Follow up work as required for example case studies, good news stories and media interest

· Working on gravitas and knowledge of BC through presenting to clients and being internal lead.
