Salary / £18,000 - £26,000 pa depending upon experience

Job Purpose / A varied role, you will be working in the Digital Team to provide support to all those who use our technology and services. Including working with internal and external customers to:
●Support our desktop IT
●Support our online systems
●Support the business with data reporting
Your time will be split between proactively identifying and fixing system issues and querying our databases for data that supports our business goals.
Key Objectives and Accountabilities
Systems support
●face to face support for office based staff using Mac and Windows laptops, Google cloud based software and other office software
●setting up new office based systems
●helping to ensure the security of our systems
●working with our business support team and partners to verify, identify and log live bugs and issues in our online systems
●system testing of our online systems
●liaising with suppliers, stakeholders and commercial customers
●identifying and implementing improvements to the support process
Data reporting
●Working with the business to understand requirements for the data they need
●Writing and running those reports against are large database of organisation and customer data
●Building up an in depth understanding of our business data model

Person Specification

Experience / ●Experience supporting customers in a technical environment
●Experience of database and web technologies
●Experience of working using your own initiative to solve problems
Knowledge and Skills / Essential
Excellent communication skills - The confidence to communicate with clarity both in person and using online tools
Great analytical and problem solving skills - you will be need a keen eye for detail and be expected to understand why problems are occurring and translate this into language the rest of the business will understand
Database and SQL skills - You’ll be expected to delve into our databases and find answers to questions from the business
Excellent planning and organisational skills - you will need to respond to a variety of demands and the ability to prioritise, manage expectations and deliver will be essential
