By submitting entry, I hereby release show organizers, JJK Barrel Racing, LLC, any officials, employee, director or agency from any claim or right for damages which may occur to me, my horse, my child or other property at this event. Ground Rules:

**No carry overs

**Late entries will be added to the bottom of the draw

**Time only tickets will be for sale at entry office/ $5 each/limited # sold---COME EARLY!! 60 second time limit on time onlys!

**Vet/Medical releases will be accepted and entry fees refunded. Must be submitted by 1 hour prior to race time. Processing fee will not be refunded!!

** No time will be given for a down barrel, broken pattern or running out of turn.

**NWBRA rules/by laws apply

**Tractor rake every 5 runs….turnouts will not change the draw. A big tractor rake will be determined by number of entries.

**Runners may not change draw position.

**An electric eye will be used for all runs. Should the timer malfunction, a rerun will be given after the event or at the producer’s discretion.

**4D format with .5, .5, full second split in the Open. Youth will be 3D format with .75 split

**All dogs must be on a leash at all times! Please respect owner’s property!

**JJK Barrel Racing, LLC will settle all disputes, producer’s decision is final. Producer reserves the right to refuse entry.

**Three gate calls will be given for contestant, if the contestant is not there after the 3rd call, he/she will be disqualified.
