  • Responsible for allDrilling & Completion interests of BP in deepwater operations in Angola executed by XOMB15, TOTAL B17& 25, Petrobras B26 and Angola LNG. Overviewed operations on between 5 to 9 ultra-deepwater rigs, (> $1M/day each), with yearly expenditure of ~ $2.5 B gross (BP average net of ~20%). Influenced key areas of BP interest/difference of opinion e.g. saving $60M BP net with rig swap/termination proposal. Added significant value to BP’s own operations (e.g. completion practices),with application of strategic key learnings from OBO operations.
