1979 to 1987 / CONOCO OIL CO. - Leasing for yellow cake royalties in the South Texas area. Job responsibilities included drafting mineral leases and various affidavits as well as locating surface and mineral owners to sign said documents. Transferred to Reno, Nevada where I was in charge of the mineral department for Conoco. This included scouting claims for gold, silver and other minerals.

TESORO- In charge of the land department in the Houston Office-Assisted in all aspects of prospecting and researching land for potential drilling. Worked on Mineral Ownership Reports, handled curative issues (Drafted Affidavits, Stipulation of Interest, Leases, ect...), and leased land for said Oil and Gas companies.
