Welcome, thank hostess

I met ______at ______show and that is where she decided that she liked me and my Jewelry so here we are.

Can add something Fun about where/when met her if didn’t meet her at a show.

How many of you are experiencing your FIRST Premier Designs Jewelry Show? Awesome, well we are going to have a blast!

Knowing who has been to a show/had a show will help you speak to the first timers AND use the returning Premier people as reference (like how much got in FREE if was hostess, favorite piece, etc.) ALSO should establish if a guest already has a Jewelry Lady. Yes they can buy from you but don’t try to BOOK or Sponsor them if still in contact within past year with her Jewelry lady….can certainly encourage them to contact their Jeweler to Book or hear about the Premier Opportunity. Talk to your upline for “What is Right” concerning this topic.

This is about FUN, Fashion and DIVA $$$. Your goal is to collect as many Diva$$$ as possible so you WIN this prize (show the prize). Are you ready to collect start collecting Diva $$$?

To earn $500 right now, simply tell us your name and what you would do with an extra $500 THIS month (hand them a $500 Diva $$$ and respond to their responses quickly as seed planting)……

To earn more Diva $$$, I am going to say a letter and you shout out a positive word that starts with that letter and describes our hostess. Ready for the first letter…..P (they respond)

The Letter Game is the FUN component but with purpose (works toward sponsoring activity) and makes hostess feel special.

P is for Premier…I love the Heart of Premier (poster)… founded on Biblical principles in 1985, Joan & Andy Horner’s first priority was to create an opportunity to bless the lives of others – specifically single moms and missionary families, so they found a fabulous product to support that cause. I love that Premier fits right alongside a fulltime job OR can be your fulltime job!

Can choose what you want to share about Premier and its founding. Guests need to hear your passion for the company as you share this. Use posters from Premier (there is printed verbiage on the back OR type your own and tape it to the back). Posters make what you do look easy.

The next letter is G (they respond)...our Golden Guarantee (poster) allows us to replace Jewelry that has a manufactures defect, like clasp break or stone falls out. Within the first 60 days there is no charge for the new one I have sent to you and I pick up the old. After 60 days there is a $5 plus tax fee. This does not cover normal wear or accidently breakage. We can’t replace worn out shoes for $5, right? Same with our Jewelry….but if you loved it enough to wear it out then it’s probably time to get you FREE Jewelry anyway!

Be clear so you don’t oversell what the Golden Guarantee is. Adding a little humor about worn out shoes makes it real that we eventually wear everything out.

Fashion segment(approx. 10 – 15 mins….use verbiage that gives you credibility, plants seeds and isfun…create a NEED for Jewelry!)

Time for fashion, however you can continue to earn Diva $$$ for answering questions and for getting extremely excited about what you see!

Show Tips and tricks…no time for it all (that would become a PJ party)

This sets the tone for WOW there is a lot more than she will show.

While I’m showing the Jewelry, I want you to picture yourself making 50% commission on every piece OR receiving ALL the Jewelry for FREE!

Attention getter! It’s an invitation to see themselves as a Jeweler or Hostess.

My friend Mandisa (refer to mannequin) is here to assist me.

If using a mannequin, have fun with her! Mannequins are a great way to show a lot of Jewelry and allows ladies to sit back and enjoy. If using LIVE models, word verbiage to make it fun…like “Runway Models” (etc)

Jewelry(strategic in order and with verbiage):

You can show whatever pieces you choose, but be strategic as you teach trends, tips, tricks, and use verbiage to increase sales, for example: “this is my most popular, everyone is buying this, this is a must have, great starter necklace, gold is in, mixing metals is legal, etc…..”.

Give them a reason to need a statement piece, long, color, etc….speak to it throughout.

You are building credibility, creating a need for them to have you in their home/office to meet their friends, establishing a huge need to get it FREE because they like way too much, and showing them that being a Jewelry lady is FUN. THIS segment of your show needs to set the foundation for your BOOKING & SPONSORING activity! Be sure to take this serious because you can Book or Sponsor them (they already can be thinking one or the other at this point) even before you get to that part of the show 

On the Fringe – statement piece

Instaglam –long, versatility, with Clip it, add Top Notch pend

Indulgence – Gold, versatility, add Double Take

Easy Living – statement, great starter piece, add a pend

True Blue – other pieces do this, fun trick, add Double Take, add Daisy

Seabreeze – versatility, with Clip it,add Easy Living pend or Prissy pin

Top Notch – perfect piece that covers it all- highlight a few ways to wear, show brochure and remind them there is a You Tube video (leave on mannequin as a tease to go play with it right after presentation since 25 ways to wear it)

Pieces I LOVE to show are: Riviera (Sleek Link does the same thing), Layered On, Belize, Avery, Instaglam (Work it and Montana do same thing), True Blue, Opening Night, Stunning, Crystal Drops, Easy Living, Marine

Hostess Plan and Booking segment(about 2 minutes but of course will increase with response to letter game and with interaction for the booking activity)

Back to a few more letters…..ready? The letter F (they respond). F is for FREE Jewelry!(poster) I am going to show you how Premier spoils their hostesses by giving away so much FREE Jewelry with our amazing hostess plan (2 gift cards, 30% and half price shopping….use boxes as a visual). As the hostess you pay $4 shipping plus tax. You can shop 4-8 half price items too. Only takes $100 and 1 guest to be a qualifying show.

Be quick and use visuals to let them know how much FREE Jewelry they can earn!

Ladies we can do a show in your home, office, at a restaurant or even as a fundraiser for your favorite cause. The options to get FREE Jewelry are endless!

This is HUGE….they need to have options. This will attract the busy when they see how they can fit a Jewelry show into their life AND those who don’t want to open up their home (or clean it).

There are so many GREAT Booking activities to choose from. Find what works for YOU. Practice it over and over so you own it and enjoy it.

Sharing the Premier Opportunity segment(close to 3 minutes but will increase with guest interaction and pause time for reaction)

The last letter, before we count up the money to see who has the most Diva $$$, is the letter M (they respond). M is for money. How many of you know someone who could use the money that is in your hands right now? Maybe it is YOU! I want to quickly share the Joy of my Premier journey (poster). I joined to make an extra $500 per month. I didn’t know how to accessorizeand had no fashion sense….this is all learned y’all! The things I love most about Premier are: I can earn a fulltime income working from home, help other ladies get started so they can meet their income needs, and get to give away a whole lot of FREE Jewelry to fabulous hostesses like ______and to you all who set your date tonight.

Start this section with a HOOK to get attention for an income need.Your story may speak to their story so feel free to share OR to give examples that speak to the group. For example: if they are moms with young children mention earn income so you can stay at home; if retired or close to it mention earn income to supplement income; if college age say you can earn income to help pay for college and work less hours. Learn to think on your feet so you can address the needs and desires right before you.

Can you see yourself (poster)making 50% of everything you sell, with no quotas and no inventory; earning 10% commission on your first 3 levels; and earning over $3,000 in Free Jewelry your first year?

I know what you may be thinking…..I can’t do what she does or I’m too busy. We are all busy people and don’t worry, we teach you everything you need to know. As long as you like people and have a need or desire to make income, you can do this business!

Be sure to help them see that they can do it and you will help them. Use any verbiage that will open their mind to considering Premier. So many ways you can get attention and create interest. Find what works and keep using it.

Let’s collect the Diva $$$ from the person who has the most (give her the prize for being the winner) and I will show you how quick and easy it is for a Jewelry lady to make that money even right alongside a fulltime job (collect, ask what she would spend it on, and then step back and tell guests to imagine)…As a Jeweler, if you had 6 shows with $400 in retail, you would make 50% commission which is $200/show ($1,200 total). I know you can find a few times to leave your home to play in Jewelry and earn the income that is in your hands.

This is your sponsoring ACTIVITY. Can choose to do it in a different way. The key is to “show them the money and how easy it can be made). Help them to not “out think it”….50% commission is what you need them to hear and picture themselves earning.

The prize giveaway for having most Diva $$$ needs to not be expensive but something they would want to win. Be prepared with a few in case of tie.

Closing segment:

Please pull out your orders form and look at the 2 boxes below the contact info. I want you to check the first box so we can find a date to get you FREE Jewelry. Remember there are many ways so we will find what works best for you.

Working toward a Booking commitment. Don’t assume they will check box without you walking them through the process. Can implement the use of guest surveys in place of using the boxes on the order form. Be sure to walk them through the order form or a guest survey.

On your order form please write video or coffee. Walk them through check the box on order form or completing a guest survey to get a COMMITMENT. Offer a variety of ways to share the business with them…in person, video, or even over the phone. You will have to use your best judgment for each situation.
